CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Gentle Yoga

In this class we slow down the breath, the body, and the mind. Expect breathwork, simple flowing sequences to warm up the body, deep stretching / longer holds, slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. The benefits are feeling grounded and stable, stress and tension relief, feeling more spacious in the body, a balanced nervous system, calm and clear mind, and sustained energy. This class is great for beginners as well as any intermediate or advanced practitioner seeking a slower pace and deeper stretching. Led by Kate Leist.

Tuesday Community Night

We offer a community class every Tuesday night 6:30-7:30pm with a new teacher and new class every week. This is a class is offered at sliding scale pricing $10-$30, or class pass holders may use their class pass. This is a great opportunity for the community to try out something new and experience affordable classes that support their health and well-being. Vinyasa Flow

This all-levels vinyasa class is all about finding balance—building strength while staying soft, stretching deeply without forcing, and moving mindfully to shake off stress. Expect a slow, steady flow that connects breath with movement, giving you space to move, breathe, and just feel good in your body. No pressure, no perfection—just a solid practice that leaves you feeling strong, open, and a little more at ease. Come as you are, take what you need, and move at your own pace. Led by Kate Leist.​​

Somatics Saturdays : Somatic Yoga & Self-Myofascial Release with Yoga Tune-Up Balls

Relieve stress and tension & reclaim your connection to your body and mind in this nurturing class. Somatics Saturdays offers a blend of somatic movement with gentle yoga designed to promote relaxation, enhance self-awareness, and support your body’s natural ability to heal and move with ease. We will utilize yoga therapy tune-up balls for self-myofascial release to release tightness and increase mobility.  Through gentle yoga, somatic practices, and self-myofascial release you’ll explore ways to release tension and tightness, improve alignment, increase mobility, decrease stress, and deepen your sense of presence. This class is open to all levels and provides a safe, welcoming space to listen to your body and honor its wisdom. Perfect for those seeking balance, restoration, and self-care. Led by Kate Leist.

Slow Flow & Sound Bath

This is an all levels class. This flow is designed to slowly move your body in rhythm with your breath. This flow will challenge you and build strength, flexibility, and balance within your body. This class is a moving meditation class that allows you to let go of the ego and tune into what your body needs. The body will be ready to receive through movement and rest. This class is one hour, consisting of a 30 minute flow that prepares your body to sink into deep relaxation with 20 minutes of sound healing. The sound healing is filled with sounds from the sound bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, and a hand pan drum. Led by Shauna Althof.
